How does billing work?

Our partner pharmacy bills the cost of the medication to your insurance. If you have a copay, we will send you an invoice via email and you can pay online via debit or credit card. If you don’t have insurance, one of our patient care advisors will reach out to you to let you know your prescription refill price. They help you process the payment when you are ready.
