Noryla birth control it’s super easy to use. Simply take one pill every day, at the same time each day. You take a pill every day. There are no sugar/placebo pills with Norlyda or other POPs (Progesterone Only Pills). It is important to know that this medication requires that you take them at the SAME TIME every day. If you are late by 3 hours, you will need Emergency Contraception (if you had heterosexual intercourse[sex] in the past 5 days) and to abstain from sex for the next 48 hrs.
Norlyda birth control pills have only one main active ingredient, Norethindrone [0.35mg].
The risks of side effects are very low, but some women have experienced side effects when taking Norlyda. Minor ones include irregular periods, acne, breast tenderness, headaches, nausea, cysts on your ovaries, and changes in sex drive (up or down).
