    • Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the Estradiol vaginal tablet and applicator.
    • Remove the Estradiol tablet from its blister pack.
    • Lie on your back with your knees bent or stand with one foot on a chair or step.
    • Do not take the tablet out of the applicator. If the tablet comes out of the applicator when you open it, carefully put it back in. If the tablet falls out of the applicator when you try to insert it, throw it away and use a new applicator and tablet.
    • Gently insert the Estradiol tablet into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go using the applicator provided.
    • Push the plunger of the applicator to release the tablet into the vagina.
    • Remove the applicator and discard it in a safe manner.
    • Wash your hands again after use

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure: Women with uncontrolled high blood pressure should be cautious when using Estradiol. This medication can increase blood pressure, and individuals with pre-existing hypertension may experience further elevation of blood pressure.
    • Breast cancer or other hormone-sensitive cancers.
